What I Do

I work with non-profit and for-profit businesses on short term adjustments as a part of a long-term strategy to improve internal and external communication, streamline processes, and increase visibility through various marketing avenues.

My Approach

The work I do is rooted in the understanding that organizations are made of unique individuals and groups that bring their own values, challenges, and approaches to their work. My goal is to:

  1. Listen and gather information

  2. Draw out the strengths of individuals and departments in the organization

  3. Offer tools to tap into strengths for long-term success

  4. Holistically approach internal and external communication challenges with clear, measurable solutions

My philosophy is rooted in the importance of connection, scrappy, innovative short-term adjustments for long-term gains, and rapid growth.
